Stamping Material Applications

Galvanneal steel is used extensively in the automotive, construction and appliance industries. Among the many benefits of using galvanneal steel are the competitive cost, longer life expectancy and corrosion resistance.

With its corrosion-resistant qualities and high electrical conductivity, Zinc-Nickel coated steel is generally used to produce plate fasteners for engine and chassis joints in the automotive industry.

Cold-rolled steel is used for automotive brackets, home appliances and furniture. It is strong, relatively inexpensive and best used for products that require precision engineering.

Because aluminum is comparatively soft and lightweight, it lends itself to formability. Combined with its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion-resistant qualities, aluminum is very useful to the automotive and aerospace industries.

Thanks to its durability and high corrosion resistance, stainless steel is ideal for medical components.

These are just a few of the material applications that we are able to produce.
